I’m recruiting a motivated PhD candidate to join my research group for an exciting project in high-power optical coatings and directed energy systems.
🎯 What you’ll do: 💡 Develop cutting-edge metrology techniques for optical coatings. 💡 Work with the UK’s first production-level ion beam deposition testbed (EPOC https://epoc.scot/) at the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland.
